Johanna Kraft is a German fashion and fine art photographer currently living in Stockholm.
During her training and her later studies in Media Design she specialized in fashion photography and assisted in many photo productions all around the globe. After graduating, she fulfilled her long-lived dream and went on a trip around the world. The experiences she gained on this journey still serve as an inspiration for her work.
Having returned to Germany, Johanna started working as a freelance photographer, displayed her first exhibitions and collaborated with other creatives on commercial and editorial work.
With her unique and recognizable style, she creates strong images, which sometimes evoke a surreal and dreamy mood. To create new visuals she loves to experiment with different materials using unconventional digital and analogue techniques.
Johanna works for national and international clients. Her images have been published in magazines and presented in group and solo exhibitions. Since 2014 she has been teaching photography at the Universitiy of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg.
Her work is presented in the 2015/2016 edition of the book "BLICKFANG - Deutschlands beste Fotografen".
